Skimmed Milk ( Any non-dairy milk)
- Strawberry – 6
- 0% Fat Yoghurt – 1/2 cup
- Skimmed Milk (you can also use any non-dairy milk) – 1/2 cup
- Ice cubes – 5 medium sized
